how do i get really ripped muscles?

i dont wanna really add any bulk i just wanna melt fat and look crazy ripped especially my abs. i have been working out to try and get in better shape but what i want is to look really shredded, any tips on what my weights should be?

The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less and move more, the problems appear when we in reality try to put that into practice! There are a lot of opportunities to fail in the big wide world aren’t there?! The only diet which definitely delivered for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen at (scope out the resource box below) they have a few free trials left, it was reported in Fox News and USA Today. I worked off 30 pounds, it definitely does work!

yea since you don’t want to bulk then do what that girl advise the px90, its like a three month session workout dvd and its about 170 bucks roughly. Or you could just run everyday and eat lean proteins and that’ll do great too.

low weight but high reps. this in conjunction with a lot of running will get you cut.

Not weights, reps. Your reps should be 12-15 instead of 5-8.
You need to do more cardio than you would if you were bulking, and also eat less.
