Not weights, reps. Your reps should be 12-15 instead of 5-8. 
You need to do more cardio than you would if you were bulking, and also eat less.</description>

yea since you don't want to bulk then do what that girl advise the px90, its like a three month session workout dvd and its about 170 bucks roughly. Or you could just run everyday and eat lean proteins and that'll do great too.</description>

The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less and move more, the problems appear when we in reality try to put that into practice!
