Trying to get ripped abdominal muscles?

Alex L IS SOONER BORN AND BRED asked:

I am trying to get 6 pack abs, I have pretty good muscle all around my body, my area of weakness seems to be my abs. I am actually fairly skinny, also i am 15 years old, I am on a normal 15 year old male diet. My height is 5′5 and i weigh 125 pounds.

Do i need to change my diet?
What are some tips that are going to help me?

MARY

Do lots of crunches. And avoid eating fats.

Okay it’s pretty tricky for some, and from you sound like you may have to work harder. You just have to got hardcore on it, bust out those crunches every other day, 15 to 20 minutes a day. Get that cardio going and eat healthy, you don’t want to greasy foods that will add fat around your abdominals.

i suggest you do power crunshes, not regular ones. ones you push weight with a machine (in a gym).
To improvise, i suggest attaching something heavy to the tip of your legs and lift your legs (when ur laying down on the floor)
lift and drop, but never touch the floor.
