Eating well is a small portion of what you need to do to get ‘ripped’. When your at the gym do alot of agility activities. Also, lift light weight and many reps. For example, if your benching weight is 200, then bench 125-140 for more reps. This tones your muscles, whereas the bigger weight puts bulk on them.

getting ripped has just as much to do with eating habits as lifting does!
and you need to focus on high reps and lift until failure(can’t lift the weight without help), use a spotter at all times. Rest your muscles, Don’t lift everyday. Your muscles build as you rest, in the gym your breaking them down so they grow back stronger. REST IS ESSENTIAL!
