How to get ripped muscles?

His muscles aren’t that big, but he is ripped. How do you get your muscles to be ripped and detailed? Bruce lee had detailed muscles and that’s what I like. Can someone please tell me how to get detailed muscles? Do I have to do low rep with heavy weights or high rep with low weights?

    heavy weights and lower your fat percentage when you feel you’re big enough

    The difference between this guy and the next is the percentage of fat. You want to eat a lean diet yet eat what you need, especially protein for muscle mass, and do cardio to get your fat percentage down to minimal fat so you can see the muscles. Also, eating more meals throughout the day rather than one or two big meals is better, as it trains your body to not store the fat.
