The difference between this guy and the next is the percentage of fat. You want to eat a lean diet yet eat what you need, especially protein for muscle mass, and do cardio to get your fat percentage down to minimal fat so you can see the muscles. Also, eating more meals throughout the day rather than one or two big meals is better, as it trains your body to not store the fat.</description>
