Do your research… and hit the gym. Start your benchpress routine, your squats, deadlifts, lunges, biceps and triceps routines and get a trainer to help you or get an experienced gym partner.

DO NOT TAKE STEROIDS!
What awful advise! My gosh. Steroids cause health problems to the heart and liver and may even be fatal.
For ripped muscles you need a workout routine and you need to modify your diet. You should be eating often, at least six SMALL meals a day.
You need to consider these basics: proper form of lifting, repetitions, recovery and days of the week you dedicate to weight training. Proper form = making sure that the exercises are done correctly, minimizing risk of injury, etc. Recovery = you need to rest one day after weight training to allow muscles to repair themselves therefor building themselves up. Repetitions = I hours of weight training, 3 days a week (with cardio at least 2 days a week) is great and you’ll start seeing results in a few weeks.
