Not weights, reps. Your reps should be 12-15 instead of 5-8. 
You need to do more cardio than you would if you were bulking, and also eat less.</description>

yea since you don't want to bulk then do what that girl advise the px90, its like a three month session workout dvd and its about 170 bucks roughly. Or you could just run everyday and eat lean proteins and that'll do great too.</description>

i suggest you do power crunshes, not regular ones. ones you push weight with a machine (in a gym).
To improvise, i suggest attaching something heavy to the tip of your legs and lift your legs (when ur laying down on the floor)
lift and drop, but never touch the floor.</description>

Okay it's pretty tricky for some, and from you sound like you may have to work harder. You just have to got hardcore on it, bust out those crunches every other day, 15 to 20 minutes a day. Get that cardio going and eat healthy, you don't want to greasy foods that will add fat around your abdominals.</description>
