Hagerstown police have identified a man found dead Friday morning in a wooded area near the intersection of West Antietam Street and South Burhans Boulevard in the city. The man was identified as Lewis Meadows, 45, of no fixed address, Sgt. Eric Knode said Friday night. The cause and manner of death had not been determined, Knode said.
